Detail of large cabinets poorly finished; not fully filled in with white paint. Dark outlines in the engraved area of large cabinets. A lot of parts and time consuming to construct. A power screw driver is a MUST to assemble. It took me over 3 1/2 hours to assemble with a manual screw driver.

Prompt delivery. Almost daily emails notifying me of progress from date ordered, to date processed, to date warehouse received order, to confirmation order will be shipped on time, to notification item shipped and delivered. Damage to both corners on one side of countertop. Didn't recognize until 2 hrs into assembly; I wasn't going to turn back at that point.

I received my buffet & hutch when you told me I would!I had to call for a damaged part and a missing part but while I was waiting I put this beautiful hutch and buffet together!!The instruction book was great to follow I'm 65 and I was amazed that I was able to put this together except for putting the top onto the bottom!!UNREAL!What a beautiful addition to my kitchen!! Not such a bad item for the price. I use it as an extra cabinet/counter space in the kitchen. Its much lower than the standard counter height, but otherwise pretty good item for the price. Average quality, took about 2 hrs to set up.

I purchased this item to store kitchen items as I don't have a lot of cabinets. It is extremely sturdy and has PLENTY of room for storage. Was easy to put together. There was only one place on a corner of one of the pieces that was chipped and that piece ended up being covered by another so no big deal. I love it!

It was listed as having a butcher-block top, which it doesn't. It's laminated particle board, so you can't cut anything on it. But, it has great storage and looks great in my kitchen. It was a great deal for the price and I am very happy with it.
